 Prescription Refills can be requested by:

 and request refill. If you are not currently registered with our patient portal, please contact our front desk at 940-696-8500 to request an registration key emailed to you. This option is available 24/7 is available on your smart phone, tablet or computer.    
 
 Call our 24 hour prescription refill line at 940-696-8530 
and leave a message.  It is not necessary to leave multiple messages, your prescription will be processed according to the last 
message that is left. 
 
 
 
 PHARMACY
 
 Contact your pharmacy and have them send a request to us for your refill.
 
 Prescription Requests made on:
 
 Monday will be ready by Wednesday
 
 Tuesday will be ready by Thursday
 
 Wednesday will be ready by Friday
 
 Thursday will be ready by Monday
 
 Friday will be ready by Tuesday
 
 We electronically transmit all prescriptions including controlled substances to the patient's pharmacy.  Your prescription will be transmitted by the end of business on the day of your appointment.  
 
 Patients who utilize military pharmacies are required to hand carry a written prescription. 
 
 We will not process "walk-in" prescription refill requests. You will be directed to phone your refill request in and will be subject to the 48 hour turn around time.  There will be no exceptions to this. 
 
 Refills are not processed on nights, weekends or holidays. Our Holiday schedule is published on our website, it is the patient's responsibility to contact our office to accommodate a scheduled closure.  Please make sure you contact our office prior to any of the scheduled clinic holidays to request your refill.
